AS EXOTICATHLETICA PREPARES TO CLOSE, WE’VE MADE SOME IMPORTANT UPDATES TO OUR RETURNS POLICY. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are no longer accepting returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, colour, or style selections. All sales are final unless your item is faulty or incorrect. We appreciate your understanding and support during this period.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are still entitled to a remedy if an item you receive is faulty or not as described. If you believe your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong product, we’ll make it right.
RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?
If you suspect that you've received a faulty product, we're here to make it right!
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return through our portal.
- Access our Returns Portal and select the "Item was damaged" reason.
- Upload clear photos showcasing the fault in the product. This helps us understand the issue and ensures a smoother resolution process.
- If you wish to receive a replacement, choose the “exchange for new size” option.
- If you prefer a refund, store credit or a different item, simply click on “Add to return list to see other options” and follow the steps in the portal.
- Your submission will go under review, and you will be notified once your return has been approved to be sent back to us. We'll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE:
- In some cases, a photograph will be insufficient to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect and we may request that you send the garment to us for further inspection.
- We reserve the right to deny a claim of a faulty item if we request to have the item returned and you refuse to send it back for investigation.
- If your garment has been deemed faulty and confirmed by our quality control team, we will offer you an exchange, a store credit, or a refund back to the original payment method used to place the order.
- We will cover the cost of returning faulty garments to us.
- For minor faults, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount you paid for that particular item.
- If, upon further inspection, we reasonably determine that the product is not faulty, or has been damaged due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with the care label, we will deny your return and send the product back to you.
RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE OR PRODUCT?
If you believe you've received the wrong size or product, we're here to make it right.
Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:
- Access our Returns Portal and select the "I received the wrong item" option.
- Submit photos of the wrong product and/or sizing tag.
- From the “exchange for new size” window, select your item and size so we can create a new order with the correct same item.
- Click on Exchange Item.
- Follow the steps in the portal to submit your return.
- Your submission will go under review, and you will be notified once your return has been approved to be sent back to us. We'll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
PROCESSING TIME
Upon receiving the item(s) at our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your return to be fully processed.
