Wanna make a return? No probs! Here's how:

We hope that you love your new Exoticas however, we understand that it can be disappointing when things aren’t quite right. If this is the case, we are committed to helping where we can to make your experience the best it can be. Here is our commitment to you.

 

Please note that our returns timeframe is up to 10 business days from the date that we receive your parcel.

 

If you change your mind or the product is the wrong size...

If, when your product arrives, you don’t love it you can return the product and receive a store credit or exchange through our website. Just download and fill out our returns form (or you can always use the one included with your order) and utilise the Australia post returns portal above.

 

Please note:

  • You have 30 days to return your items if you change your mind for any reason or if you need to exchange sizes.
  • Our returns timeframe is up to 10 business days from the date we receive your parcel.
  • Any change of mind or sizing returns will be returned at your cost.
  • All returns must meet all of the conditions below:
    • Must be unworn
    • Must be unwashed (unless instructed otherwise)
    • Must be clean and free of odour
    • All tags must still be attached
    • If returning swimwear, the hygiene seal must still be intact and attached to the garment
  • The value of your store credit or exchange will be equal to the purchase price that you paid, this means if you purchased the garment on sale, we will credit you the amount you paid, not the full retail price.
  • Your store credit will be valid for 3 years.
  • Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that a replacement item will be in stock at the time of processing your return. If your item is out of stock, we will process a store credit for you to use at your discretion.

*** Please note that if any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny your return and send it back to you.

 

If you’d like to return a faulty product

We want to make sure that your garment is the best quality it can be. If you believe your garment is faulty, please get in touch with our customer service team using our help widget or call (07) 5471 0986 and we’ll make it right for you!

 

Please note

  • You have 60 days to notify us of a suspected faulty garment
  • Please note that while we will endeavour to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your parcel, sometimes when an investigation is required, we may need additional time to fully process your return.
  • In some cases a photograph will be insufficient to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect. Because of this, we may request that you send the garment to us for further inspection and we reserve the right to deny a claim of a faulty garment if we request to have the garment returned and you refuse.
  • We will cover the cost of returning faulty garments to us.
  • If your garment has been confirmed by our product development team as a faulty garment due to manufacturing defect, we will offer your choice of an exchange, a store credit or a refund back to the payment method used to place the order.
  • For a minor fault, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount that you paid for that particular garment. If you purchased a garment on sale, it will be 50% of the amount you paid not the full retail price.
  • For a major fault, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that particular garment (including shipping). If you purchased the garment on sale, we will refund you the amount you paid, not the full retail price.

*** Please note that if, upon further inspection, we reasonably determine that the product is not faulty, or has been damaged due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, or failure to take reasonable care, we will deny your return and send the product back to you at our cost.
