HOW IT WORKS:


FREE RETURNS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS!

Changed your mind or need a different size or colour? No worries! Your initial exchange is on us for domestic orders! Simply check the eligibility criteria below and hit the start button!

You can return any eligible items within 60 days from purchase date, for an exchange or gift card (with a 3-year expiry) provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Unused and Impeccable: Ensure the item(s) remain unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition.
Odor-Free and Blemish-Free: Garments MUST be free from distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, or any unwanted animal/human hair.
Intact Tags: Make sure the tags are still securely attached to the item.
Hygiene Matters: Unfortunately, undergarments and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please note: if the items are not sent in impeccable condition a processing fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit.

END OF SEASON SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS

EOSS and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. If you believe you received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team and we'll make it right!

Upon receiving the item(s) at our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your return to be fully processed.

Try our NEW Instant Exchange feature, available on all domestic orders! No more worrying about your favourite item going out of stock. Simply select your replacement as you navigate through our Returns Portal, add your card details at checkout, and relax knowing you'll only be charged if the original item is not posted back to us within 14 days of submitting your return request.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

US, CANADA & NEW ZEALAND:
For our international customers from the US, Canada and NZ, we offer returns with a nominal handling fee. The handling fee will be calculated at the checkout page of our returns portal and is solely based on the shipping costs to return the item to Exotica, located in Sydney, Australia.
This fee ensures a seamless returns process while covering the shipping expense associated with the return. If you choose a refund or gift card, the handling fee amount will be deducted from your total gift card or refund amount. If placing an exchange order, the fee will be added to the final cost of the exchange or deducted from any remaining credit.

REST OF THE WORLD:
For customers residing in other countries, kindly note that the responsibility for arranging return shipping lies with you. We suggest using a tracked shipping service from your local post or courier for added security and ease of mind. Once you've completed the returns process in our portal, you'll find clear postage instructions and the address of our logistics centre in Australia.



**As per our T&Cs, refunds are NOT part of our standard returns policy. Refunds are only eligible on products deemed faulty.**


RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?

If you suspect that you've received a faulty product, we're here to make it right!
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return through our portal.

  1. Access our Returns Portal and select the "Item was damaged" reason.
  2. Upload clear photos showcasing the fault in the product. This helps us understand the issue and ensures a smoother resolution process.
  3. If you wish to receive a replacement, choose the “exchange for new size” option.
  4. If you prefer a refund, store credit or a different item, simply click on “Add to return list to see other options” and follow the steps in the portal.
  5. Your submission will go under review, and you will be notified once your return has been approved to be sent back to us. We'll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

- In some cases, a photograph will be insufficient to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect and we may request that you send the garment to us for further inspection.
- We reserve the right to deny a claim of a faulty item if we request to have the item returned and you refuse to send it back for investigation.
- If your garment has been deemed faulty and confirmed by our quality control team, we will offer you an exchange, a store credit, or a refund back to the original payment method used to place the order.
- We will cover the cost of returning faulty garments to us.
- For minor faults, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount you paid for that particular item.
- If, upon further inspection, we reasonably determine that the product is not faulty, or has been damaged due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with the care label, we will deny your return and send the product back to you.


RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE OR PRODUCT?

If you believe you've received the wrong size or product, we're here to make it right.
Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

  1. Access our Returns Portal and select the "I received the wrong item" option.
  2. Submit photos of the wrong product and/or sizing tag.
  3. From the “exchange for new size” window, select your item and size so we can create a new order with the correct same item.
  4. Click on Exchange Item.
  5. Follow the steps in the portal to submit your return.
  6. Your submission will go under review, and you will be notified once your return has been approved to be sent back to us. We'll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
