Wanna make a return? No probs! Here's how:

You have 28 days from the date your order was dispatched to get your gear back to us! If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it! Just print out & fill in the returns form below and send it back with your items...
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer REFUNDS for any reason other than your item being faulty. If you simply change your mind you will be issued with a store credit.
 
 Here is the important stuff (from T+C's)
  • All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty. If you received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please email us at sales@exoticathletica.com.au so we can make it right!
  • All "CUSTOMISE" items, such as waistband upgrades or taking/adding leg length, are made just for you and returns WILL NOT be accepted. Please make sure you select the correct size or provide your measurements through our Made 2 Measure (M2M) to guarantee your fit.
  • If your item(s) are deemed faulty, please wash and dry them prior to sending them back to us. They will be returned if unhygienic.
  • Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size/fabric in stock to process an exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges. If your item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or you can exchange for a different item of the same price point.
  • Returns are processed for the same amount as they were purchased.
  • We can exchange your items for items of equal value. Requests for exchanges to items of greater value or customizations will be denied at the discretion of Exoticathletica.
  • Items which are not received in their original condition as defined by the Return Requirements set out below, will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order.
  • In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
  • Exoticathletica is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

HOW IT WORKS:

 

If you've ordered the wrong size: Simply print out & fill in the Returns form (above) and select option either 'exchange for SMALLER size' OR 'exchange for LARGER size'. Send the form back with your return items, EASY!!! You pay for shipping back to us, we will issue a new order number with the correct size. Once received, you will be emailed with your new order number. Please note size swaps are dependent on STOCK LEVELS at the time that the return is PROCESSED by customer service. We will do our absolute BEST to cater to your swap BUT we cannot guarantee that your new size will be available in your desired print. In the case your item cannot be swapped you will be issued a STORE CREDIT.

 

If a custom sizing remake is required a fee of $39.99 may be applicable. Please email photos of you wearing the item and new measurements to sales@exoticathletica.com.au before posting for custom sizing. The new order will be made and shipped within 15 working days.

 

If you dislike the style: Simply print out & fill in the Returns form (above) and select the option 'Dislike Style'. Send the form back with your return items, EASY!!! You pay for shipping back to us and we will issue a store credit ASAP. Once received, you will be emailed with a confirmation of return and your store credit.

 

If your Item is Faulty: In the rare event of a faulty item please contact us at sales@exoticathletica.com.au or on (07) 5471 0986 so we can get this sorted ASAP. We will request photos of the fault and once approved by our team ,we will pay for shipping and offer you a remake (for M2O) OR a replacement (for R2W) for all approved production faults. Please note if we cannot offer you a remake OR a replacement due to stock levels we will issue you a REFUND for the amount payed. IF FAULTY OR WORN PLEASE WASH PRIOR TO RETURNING.

 

If your Made 2 Measure item is wrong: Please contact us at sales@exoticathletica.com.au or on (07) 5471 0986 so we can get this sorted ASAP. We will request photos of how the garment is fitting you so our Designs Team can get your remake spot on. We will pay for shipping and offer you a remake for all approved Made 2 Measure faults.

 

All "CUSTOMISE" items are made just for you and returns WILL NOT be accepted as explained in the T+C's (agreed prior to purchase). Please make sure you select the correct size or provide your measurements through our Made 2 Measure Service to guarantee your fit.

 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) unless faulty or you've purchased our Made 2 Measure service.

 

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

- Unworn
- Unwashed / Unless instructed otherwise
- Unstained - Unperfumed
- Tags still attached

All swimwear returned must have the hygiene seal intact.

 

Item(s) that do not meet the Return Requirements cannot be accepted by our Returns Team and will be returned to you.
