Love these tights for how they look and comfort but for me when working out or running I do need to pull them up (perfect for walking or low impact). I also sized up in comparison to my other exotica tights as my usual size felt too tight. For workouts my high waisted drawstring tights are better. I rate exotica as the best tights on the market. My pear shape just makes finding ones that don’t slide down difficult.
