Honestly I absolutely adore these bralettes! I possibly could have gone up one size but I like the firmness I get of the size I bought. For reference I am a 40 year old 12E cup lady… so I’m squishy and this holds mine in nicely. But I like them firm. But go up a size depending on your preference. The adjustable straps sold these to me and worth every penny. Would really love more material colour options as I lift weights a lot so I don’t need to be strapped down. My fav is however the dark n moody colour glad I bought 2!! Next sale I will buy a hell of a lot more! Great for daily wear, gym tbh I now just live in them.

The rings that hold the straps at the back squeak so loudly with every move, I'm normally an XL but def size up if bigger boobs, these don't cover as much as the crops. Great pattern but not sure how much I'll wear it with the sound
