Not bad, i would prefer my phone pocket to be higher then where these sit.. however over all there comfy an stretchy not see through and don't roll down at the tummy area.. I'm curvy and wear a size XL which is (18-20) have only used for my morning walks so haven't tested at a gym or anything..
