Tribe Rewards FAQ

  1. How do I redeem my points? 
    1. Scroll to the bottom of any page on our website and click on the “Tribe Rewards” link under services or visit https://www.exoticathletica.com/pages/tribe-rewards
    2. Click Login and sign in with your details that you use when you purchase from Exoticathletica.com
    3. Click on “More Details”
    4. Click on “Get Rewards”
    5. Choose the reward that you are eligible for. 
    6. Click “Get Reward”
    7. Click "Redeem reward now" - please note when you click yes, your points will be deducted immediately. Please copy the code that follows 
    8. Copy the reward code
    9. Apply code at check out in the "discount code" box.
    10. The discount will be applied. Please note that the discount code cannot be used with any other discount code. If you add another code, the one that was entered will be removed.
  2. How do I know if I have an account? 
    1. Scroll to the bottom of any page on our website and click on the “Tribe Rewards” link under services or visit https://www.exoticathletica.com/pages/tribe-rewards
    2. Click Login and sign in with your details that you use when you purchase from Exoticathletica.com - If you do not have an account, you will not be able to login
  3. Am I able to use my code redeemed through the loyalty programme with another discount code?
    1. Please note that the discount code cannot be used with any other discount code. If you add another code, the one that was entered will be removed. You can still use the code from “Tribe Rewards” on another purchase if it has not been redeemed

  4. Can my redemption code be  used on new or sale items?
    1. You can use your points on New or Sale items
  5. Will there be a new loyalty programme coming in the future?
    1. We are working on something amazing which is not finalised as yet, but will keep you informed via our socials.
  6. What happens to my points if I don't use them?
    1. If you do not use your points by 28 February 2022, you will forfeit all your points.
