We hope that you love your new Exoticas! However, we understand that it can be disappointing when things aren’t quite right. If this is the case, we are committed to helping where we can to make your experience the best it can be. Here are some FAQ’s to help you figure out what to do next.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to get your gear back to us! If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer REFUNDS for any reason other than your item being faulty. If you simply change your mind you will be issued with a store credit.

If your Item is Faulty: In the rare event of a faulty item please contact us at sales@exoticathletica.com.au or on (07) 5471 0986 so we can get this sorted ASAP. We will request photos of the fault and once approved by our team ,we will pay for shipping and offer you a replacement (for R2W) for all approved production faults. Please note if we cannot offer you a remake OR a replacement due to stock levels we will issue you a REFUND for the amount paid. IF FAULTY OR WORN PLEASE WASH PRIOR TO RETURNING.

If you've ordered the wrong size: Simply print out & fill in the Returns form linked on the returns page (below) and select option either 'exchange for SMALLER size' OR 'exchange for LARGER size'. Send the form back with your return items, EASY!!! You pay for shipping back to us, we will issue a new order number with the correct size. Once received, you will be emailed with your new order number. Please note size swaps are dependent on STOCK LEVELS at the time that the return is PROCESSED by customer service. We will do our absolute BEST to cater to your swap BUT we cannot guarantee that your new size will be available in your desired print. In the case your item cannot be swapped you will be issued a STORE CREDIT.

If you dislike the style: Simply print out & fill in the Returns form linked on the returns page (below) and select the option 'Dislike Style'.
Send the form back with your return items, EASY!!! You pay for shipping back to us and we will issue a store credit ASAP. Once received, you will be emailed with a confirmation of return and your store credit.

WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT I DON'T LIKE THE STYLE?

If you receive your order and you don't LOVE your new Exoticas, you are welcome to return them for an exchange or a store credit. All you need to do is fill out our returns form and lodge your return through our AusPost portal.

Once we have received your return, we will aim to process it for you within 10 days.

WHAT IF I'VE RECIEVED MY ORDER BUT THE SIZE IS INCORRECT?

There’s a few things that we would recommend. If you’re a first time buyer or are unfamiliar with our sizing, we suggest you call our customer service team on (07) 5471 0986 and we can provide you with a virtual fitting service to help get you into the perfect size and style.

If you’re already pretty familiar with our sizing, you can fill out our returns form and let us know if you want a smaller or bigger size and we will organise an exchange garment be sent out to you.

Please note, in both cases we would aim to exchange your garment for the correct size but if there are none in stock we would issue a store credit for you to use at your discretion.

Once we have received your return, we will aim to process it for you within 10 days.

WHAT IF I HAVE RECIEVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT GARMENT?

We know it can be frustrating when your garment isn’t perfect or you’ve received the wrong thing. If this happens, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible so they can work out the best solution for you. You can contact them on (07) 5471 0986.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURNS TIME FRAMES

If you are not happy with the fit or style of your new Exoticas, you have 30 days to let us know so we can organise an exchange or store credit for you.

If your garment is faulty, you have 60 days to notify us and we can work out the best solution for you from there.

CAN I RETURN MY GARMENT IF IT IS MISSING ITS TAGS?

There are a few conditions that we have when returning garments to us. Please keep these conditions in mind when deciding if you can return your Exoticas.

The Conditions are;
Your garment must be unworn (unless it is a faulty return)
Your garment must be unwashed (unless instructed otherwise)
Your garment must be clean and free of odour
All tags must still be attached
For swimwear, the hygiene seal must still be intact and attached to the garment

Please note that if any of the above conditions are not met we may reject your return.
