COVID-19 UPDATE

Message from General Manager:

On the 16th of March, we closed our office to external visitors and the public...

We had a company meeting and advised staff to start distance themselves from others and go from work to home.

All staff now start from 8am where their temperatures are checked before entering the building.

If their temperatures are over even slightly, they're sent home with sick pay.

All staff who have been overseas or know others who have been, are restricted from entering the building until cleared.

All staff who can't guarantee a safe social distance from the public now work at home... We currently have 5 staff working from home.

Before and after each shift, each department wipes down their workspace, metal door handles, phones, etc... with an alcohol-based cleaner made by our sister company.

We also have hand sanitizer at each station and make sure to wash hands every hour.

Our retail store has been closed until further notice.

All retail staff went under a 2-week quarantine, and a few have now been moved to the HQ. It's just too unsafe to have them dealing with the public.

We have also been visited by the police (random check) and have been given the all-clear! YAY!

My personal number has been given to the Noosa, QLD police if any further ruling are put in place.

Our plan is to act like a big family who quarantine together! Happy Work Happy LIFE! Work to Home, THAT'S IT!

We obviously don't want to close as it would be detrimental to our community...

 

Social Distancing:

Please don't think we're not practising social distancing!

We had this cleared by the local police as we were also unsure on the QLD ruling...

All work stations are 1.5 to 2 meters apart, but with videos it gets a little tricky!

We have added Social distancing tape for an up coming workout video we're currently filming and are working hard each day to keep our community safe...

 

Before it hit Australia, it hit our Warehouses 1st:

Our warehouse first closed for Chinese new year on the 24th of January 2020.

All staff went away on holiday when the virus started spreading from the Hubei Province, which then affected the Guangdong province (where we're based).

All businesses where forced to close and only started opening again from the 22nd of February 2020.

All staff were restricted to their houses for the 14 days quarantine and had food and supplies delivered to their homes.

After successfully having 1 month closed, our warehouse had to apply for a rolling amount of staff to come back.

Each application let 20 staff in and our warehouses where regularly checked for spread, before more workers could back with each successful application.

The Guangdong Province was only mildly affected by COVID-19 due to the tight restrictions.

We have had continued doctors frequent our warehouse to ensure all staff are safe and well at all times.

All staff are to maintain the highest standard of hygiene and followed all guidelines to keep all EVERYONE safe and healthy.

We have had NO cases directly linked to any of our warehouses or staff to date.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to get your gear back to us! If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer REFUNDS for any reason other than your item being faulty. If you simply change your mind you will be issued with a store credit.

If your Item is Faulty:  In the rare event of a faulty item please contact us at sales@exoticathletica.com.au or on (07) 5471 0986 so we can get this sorted ASAP.

We will request photos of the fault and once approved by our team ,we will pay for shipping and offer you a remake for all approved production faults. IF FAULTY OR WORN PLEASE WASH PRIOR TO RETURNING.

If your Made 2 Measure item is wrong: Please contact us at sales@exoticathletica.com.au or on (07) 5471 0986 so we can get this sorted ASAP.

We will request photos of how the garment is fitting you so our Designs Team can get your remake spot on. We will pay for shipping and offer you a remake for all approved Made 2 Measure faults.

If you've ordered the wrong size: Simply print out & fill in the Returns form linked on the returns page (below) and select option either 'exchange for SMALLER size' OR 'exchange for LARGER size'.

Send the form back with your return items, EASY!!! You pay for shipping back to us, we will issue a new order number with the correct size. Once received, you will be emailed with your new order number.

If you dislike the style: Simply print out & fill in the Returns form linked on the returns page (below) and select the option 'Dislike Style'.
