REPORTING TO THE CFO, THIS POSITION WILL ASSIST IN PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION TO THE BUSINESS, WHILST DEVELOPING AND PROMOTING AN ORGANISATION FOCUSSED ON ITS PEOPLE, CULTURE,
AND THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING INITIATIVES.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • MANAGING AND DIRECTING HR TEAM

  • DETERMINING DAILY TARGETS AND KPIS

  • ASSISTING IN JOB DESIGN AND ANALYSIS TO SUPPORT MANAGEMENT IN THE HIRING PROCESS; INTERVIEWING AND OVERSEEING RECRUITMENT OF SUITABLE CANDIDATES

  • ENSURING ALL COMPANY CONTRACTS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES ARE COMPLIANT WITH LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT

  • LEADING STAFF INDUCTIONS AND MANAGING THEIR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE

  • ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PROGRAMS

  • SOURCING AND IMPLEMENTING TRAINING PROGRAMS AND GOVERNMENT FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES ALIGNING WITH OUR OBJECTIVES

  • LIASING WITH GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH 3RD PARTY TRAINING PROVIDERS

  • ENSURING HR RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED IN A COMPLIANT AND CONFIDENTIAL MANNER

  • PROVIDING GUIDANCE ON REGULATIONS AND POLICIES AROUND LABOUR RELATIONS
