We ALWAYS get asked what sizes we wear so we've made it easy for you!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you change your mind or the product is the wrong size...

If, when your product arrives, you don’t love it you can return the product and receive a store credit or exchange through our website. Just download and fill out our returns form (or you can always use the one included with your order) and utilise the Australia post returns portal above.

30 days to return for change of mind.

 

If you’d like to return a faulty product

We want to make sure that your garment is the best quality it can be. If you believe your garment is faulty, please get in touch with our customer service team using our help widget or call (07) 5471 0986 and we’ll make it right for you!

60 days to return if item is faulty.

Other returns

All returns related to change of mind or sizing will be shipped to Exotica at the customer's own expense and will not be refunded by Exotica.
